Getting Together Outdoors to Drink? Who's in Charge?

This short film is part of a campaign to raise awareness of concern among professionals that an increasing number of babies and young children are at risk of serious harm because of the way parents and carers consume alcohol at home. Devised by safeguarding nurses at Birmingham Community Healthcare and fully adopted by Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership.
