1) Go to the class dojo website.
2) Go to the log in button- select student log in.
3) Press the sign up button.
4) Select your own username.
5) Select your age and password.
6) You will then be asked to type in your code (on the card given to you). Your parent/ guardian needs to provide an email address.
Once your parent/ guardian has given their permission via their email address you can access your avatar to alter their appearance/ view points.
Hindu and Buddhist Workshop
The children took part in a workshop designed to explore different faiths. They were able to
create their own music, dances' and try on traditional dress associated with Hindusim, Sikhism and Buddhism.
All children demonstrated respect when entering the temple and gained an understanding of different cultural values. We found there are many similarities between faiths. See if you can remember any at home- draw/ write about them
The children were all visited by firefighters from
Billesley Station. The firefighters spoke about their role in the local community. They also discussed how to stay safe in the event of a fire. The children were amazed at how quickly a fire can spread.
Further challenge: Discuss your fire safety plan at home- write about it/ draw a picture to bring into school.
