Year 6 had a nutrition talk this morning, explaining which foods give us the most energy and how we can get the best from our diet. We looked at several foods which we use everyday and couldn't believe the amount of sugar in them! We discussed ways in which we would make our own food at home, which would mean consuming less sugar and salt each day.
We then took part in a boxing activity and thought about how important our co-ordination and reactions are. We got our heart rate up and had a great time with all our friends.
