Archaeology workshop
Year 6 had the opportunity to take part in an archaeology workshop. We learned about the jobs archaeologists have to do and had the chance to take part in some of these. We studied skeletons to find out what gender they were, their height and which bones were missing.
We thought about why it is important to learn about the past and the important job archaeologists do. We really enjoyed bringing parts of the curriculum to life!
