We had a great Roald Dahl Day and enjoyed dressing up in many of his books characters!
Mrs Larkin called out Roman numerals and the children had to make them using lollipop sticks.
We created art work inspired by Andy Goldsworthy! We used any natural materials we could find in and around the school.
Year 4 became a human number line to 10,000. We then had to estimate and work out the position of numbers to go on the number line. It was great fun.
National Poetry Day- Year 4 wrote some amazing poems on the theme of 'Changes' and then performed them to the rest of the class.
Chinese language and Culture Day! We created lots of art work for our class display including the cherry blossom tree using a variety of techniques
Miss Ying taught us how to write and say our names in Mandarin. It was great fun!
Look at our amazing science projects! The children had to create a sea creature using only recycled plastic rubbish. These children are our Young Eco-warriors!
Science investigation- We tested different liquids to see the affect that they had on egg shells. This was to show us how they can affect our teeth
Malachi Workshop- Anti-bullying-Choose Respect. We had a great afternoon, the workshop was fun, energetic and a great interactive experience for our class. They have learned how to improve social relationships and equip themselves to make better choices.
